For subscribers within the El Paso area, delivery is guaranteed by 6 a.m. Sunday. Recovery drivers are on duty until noon on Sunday. If you miss your El Paso Inc., please call and follow the prompts to leave a voice mail message. Be sure to include your delivery address and telephone number enabling us to confirm delivery. You may also report a missed paper by sending an e-mail to subscriptions@elpasoinc.com. However, delivery will be on the Monday after the missed delivery is reported by e-mail. El Paso Inc.
